A note about Royal Mail deliveries
Royal Mail may select a safe place for your delivery. If you don’t want your parcel left in a safe place, use the Royal Mail app to opt out or specify your preferred location.

Delivery restrictions
We have temporarily suspended delivery services to Russia, Ukraine and Israel due to transportation issues. Orders for these countries cannot currently be accepted. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Oversized items and large orders
Oversized items and larger orders may be subject to additional delivery charges. These are handled on an order-by-order basis, and our customer service team will contact you if any additional payment is required.
